    • A comprehensive pre-exercise health screening including health history, injury history and a basic physical assessment

    • Chatting about your wants, needs and goals with exercise

  • A personalised exercise program based on your initial consultation, with regular updating and adjustments as needed

  • Supervised sessions with an exercise trainer to learn how to perform your exercises safely and effectively

  • Ongoing education and support around healthy ageing and recommended physical activity and nutrition guidelines

  • Flexible booking times and rescheduling options with no lock-in appointments to suit your convenience

Pricing

  • $20 per session

    • Sessions generally last for 35-50 minutes depending on length of the program
