A free 45 minute initial consultation that includes:
A comprehensive pre-exercise health screening including health history, injury history and a basic physical assessment
Chatting about your wants, needs and goals with exercise
A personalised exercise program based on your initial consultation, with regular updating and adjustments as needed
Supervised sessions with an exercise trainer to learn how to perform your exercises safely and effectively
Ongoing education and support around healthy ageing and recommended physical activity and nutrition guidelines
Flexible booking times and rescheduling options with no lock-in appointments to suit your convenience
Pricing
$20 per session
Sessions generally last for 35-50 minutes depending on length of the program
